Abstract :
In order to effectively resolve the collaborative procurement problem of coal and power alliance, the multi-agent technology in distributed artificial intelligence is introduced into coal and power alliance, then the multi-agent collaborative framework based on power intelligence center (PIC) is established, and the functions of each agent and its cooperative relationship are analyzed, which provides a complete information sharing platform for the collaborative procurement of coal and power alliance. On this basis, the collaborative procurement decision-making model of coal and power alliance based on PIC is proposed, and the coordination model is solved and verified by calling model from model base of PIC and using the heuristic algorithm. Analysis results of the example show that the collaborative procurement decision model for coal and power alliance can effectively deal with the collaborative procurement problem between power generation enterprises and coal suppliers.
