Design Institute´s Knowledge Sharing System Preliminary Study

Knowledge became the most important strategic resources in the times of Knowledge-based economy and knowledge management is the sources of sustainable development for enterprise. Knowledge management aims to implement knowledge sharing. However, how to implement knowledge sharing is the hardest challenge in knowledge management. Based on the expatiation of knowledge\´s characteristics and "prisoner\´s dilemma" for knowledge sharing of design institute, this paper points out the difficulties of knowledge sharing and present the approaches to construct and consummate the mechanism of design institute\´s knowledge sharing.
