Abstract :
Regional finance revenue increased significantly with the tax system reform in China since the 90´s. But the financial department also encountered the emergence of a series of new problems. There are many impact factors in the regional revenue, among these affect each other, mutual restraint. Changes in the course of finance revenue are a typical gray system. Gray Relational Analysis is to identify the different degree among the system factors to deal with the original data and find the change rule. In this paper, Gray Relational Analysis analyzes relativity among some impact factors in the general budget revenue of regional finance of Hangzhou city. In the end, determining the factor of investment in fixed assets is the greatest impact on financial revenue. While total of FFAF is no significant effect on the results. The conclusion contributes to the financial bureau conducting further revenue analysis and forecasting.
