Abstract

CATIA is the world´s a mainstream CAD/CAE/CAM integration software, which provides CAA, such as VB automation and secondary development interface. This paper introduced the background of the secondary development of technology and the principle of virtual work, discussion of the pipe based on the CATIA pass design methods, including the use of VB to create CATIA applications, programming ideas, such as concrete steps.
