  • Abstract
The quasi-three-stage inventory model based on Three-echelon Assembly relationship was established relying on background of repairing and accommodating for PLA´s weapon equipment valuable spare parts in the paper, borrowing ideas from research production of foreign repairable spare parts inventory theory and researching on classical VARI-METRIC model and its theory. By discussing parameters of spare parts that includes cost, average pipelines, inventory level and backorder, the model could gained optimization inventory strategy for spare parts under different assembly relationship and repair unit to insure the best military economy benefit for weapon equipment. At last, program for the model was designed, and the model was validated and analyzed by an example in this paper.
