  • Abstract
    The paper proposes the method of risk evaluation combined analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with variable weight fuzzy evaluation. Firstly, it mines each stage and its critical factors of the operational process in power grid enterprises; and analyzes each uncertainly measuring with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; then solves the deferring characteristic of the operational risk in power grid enterprises using variable weight theory to improve the accuracy of risk evaluation. Finally, an example is used to prove the method is effective and practical.
