Abstract :
The distribution of the impulse voltage in a multiple-package air core power reactor has an important effect on the design of high voltage reactors. The equivalent circuit of the layers in the reactor is established and the related elements such as inductance and capacitance are calculated. The voltage distribution under impulse voltage is obtained and the results of the calculation have been analysis. And some important conclusions are given.
