Abstract :
A new energy-saving type of ventilation named large and small zone ventilation for loom workshop is proposed in this paper. Large and small zone ventilation means there are two ventilation systems for loom workshop, where large zone ventilation for total loom workshop and small zone ventilation for loom surface is used. Large zone ventilation is mainly used to keep temperature and humidity of the total loom and comfort of the operation zone, while small zone ventilation is used to satisfy the humidity requisition of the loom surface. The CFD simulation is carry through to this new type of ventilation. Result shows that: this new type of ventilation can save energy, satisfy the humidity requisition of the loom surface, and achieve a high satisfacted comfort.
