Abstract :
High temperature ground source heat pump systems can be used to replace traditional oil or gas burning furnaces to heat output crude oil in oil transit, and can achieve better the effects of saving energy and reducing emissions. An experimental system of replaced the water jacket heater by the high temperature ground source heat pump system in a transit station of the oil field is introduced in this paper, and the results of this experiment indicates that, the replaced system operates well in test period and the high temperature ground source heat pump systems can be applied more widely in oil fields. Experiment indicates that, the high temperature ground source heat pump COP is 3.8. This system can save the running expense 47.4% comparing with the gas heating and save the running expense 61% comparing with the electric heating.
