Abstract :
In this paper, the characteristics of water system were summarized and the problems of water pollution were discussed by analyzing the typical KS City in southern China brooky region. It indicated that the discharged sewage up to the discharge standard still contained significant amount of pollutants by analyzing the current pollution status of KS City and comparing the actual town wastewater discharge standard with surface water quality standard in China. The general strategies were put forward for sewage disposal in brooky region, i.e. the chief approach for sewage outlet was to carry out its reuse by the advanced treatment and next was the auxiliary measure to discharge it into the river or the sea by channel system. According to this principle, the disposal project of sewage up to standard was discussed in KS City. It was to take the ecological or environmental utilization as a chief approach and the auxiliary measure was for agricultural irrigation, industrial utilization and the municipal use. In addition, the residual ones were transferred by channel, i.e. discharging it into Yangtze River by channel under no achievement of all sewage reuse condition.
