Abstract :
As the industrial furnace is characterized as large size and decentralized radiating surfaces, the air flow and heat recovery of the furnace can be effectively realized with bossing. This paper introduces the heat recovery mechanism through bossing. A thermal experiment table for heat recovery with visualized bossing was erected; orthogonal regression combination test was carried out; and the relation between the air outlet temperature and furnace wall temperature as well as the baffle plate rising height and the width of runner.
