Abstract :
The observation of turbulence exchange in atmospheric boundary layer and aerodynamic parameters in near surface layer has been one of the important fields in environment meteorological investigation, and the same time, it always has been an key parameter in the investigation of the particle diffusion concentration. In this paper, the field campaign was carried out in a port district and main metrological parameters such as the wind speed, wind direction, temperature and radiation intensity in the near surface layer of the port district were observed. Then, the turbulence statistical theory was used to analyze the distribution of the turbulence features such as of turbulence intensity, the friction velocity, the drag coefficient, the momentum flux, the sensible heat flux, the Monin-Obukhov length and so on. Those micrometeorological observational researches are useful to investigate meteorological feature in the port surface layer and ascertain the diffusion parameters of atmosphere pollutant in this district.
