Abstract :
In this paper, Sine FM (SFM) signal is modelled as a high-order polynomial phase signal (PPS). By estimating its order and phase coefficients, a new parameter estimating algorithm for SFM signal is obtained, which can compute the carrier frequency, FM coefficient, and modulating frequency. Theoretical analysis and simulation results verified the efficiency of the presented algorithm, which has the advantage of computational simplicity.
