Abstract
This paper presents the design scheme of slow platform SAR according to the characteristics of SAR system that is carried by stratospheric airships. Some key techniques, such as image processing method with motion compensation for disturbed platform, acquiring capacity of breadth observation, data preprocessing on platform and so on are analyzed in detail.
