Abstract
This paper addresses the Hankel norrn of uncertain neutral systems with mixed time delays£®Besed on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the LMI approach, delay-dependent sufficient conditions are presented such that the uncertain neutral systems is robustly asymptotically stable and the Hankel norm is less than a prescribed performance level.
