The Complex System Characteristic Analysis of Enterprise Financial Core Competence

This paper elaborates the enterprise´s financial core competence from the perspective of this theory´s putting forward, formation and internal structure, as well as the elements and the relationship between elements. On this basis, this paper employs complex adaptive system to define the complex systematic features of financial core competence and make clear the subject of financial core competence and other basic contents of complex system. It also describes the dynamic features of financial core competence through the evolution of financial core competence´s subject, and the transforming rules between elements.
