Abstract

The paper presents the computer-aided decision support system for selecting the infrastructure project financing mode. Based on rough set theory (RS)and gray correlation analysis (GCA), and, with the help of software ROSETTA and MATLAB, the computer-aid decision support system for selecting the infrastructure project financing mode (CDSS-SIPFM) is developed in this study. A case is used to demonstrate the application of this system.
