Abstract :
A new method of magnetic iron powder grade analysis controlled by PIC microcontroller is described, which analyzes magnetic power grade by measuring the magnetic medium of magnetic iron powder. The structure of the system and principle are discussed. The method of measuring magnetic medium is introduced in detail. The measurement result is accurate and the system is stable and reliable because of sine wave as the stimulus signal. The system is capable to meet the demand of production process and trade of magnetic iron powder.
