  • Abstract
Public project is seen as a crucial component of the community and how to improve its management performance in economics paradigm draws more and more attentions. The theory of public project governance (PPG) emerges as the times require and the purpose of this paper is to explore the necessity for its establishment. In this study, PPG is introduced above all, and then the practical and theoretical requirement for establishing PPG theory is analyzed thoroughly. The findings show that PPG theory, which is a supplement of public project management, is based on certain practical requirement and it cannot be substituted by any other economic theory. The fire-new theory which is at its infancy has an expansively developing prospect.
