Research on Model and Mechanism of Higher Vocational Education in the Rural

With the rapid development of the national economy, the problem of "three agriculture" is greatly attented more and more. And the peasant is the most factors in "three agriculture" problem. In this paper, the training problem of the peasant is studied. The new peasants are subjects of constructing social new countryside. The basic way is to develop rural vocational education, expand rural higher vocational education and bring up new farmers. Such successful experience as bringing up new farmers in agricultural colleges and universities is described, and the new model of rural higher vocational education, bring up new farmers and develop rural human resources is discussed in the paper.
