Abstract

This article has conducted the research to the food supply chain´s security problem from the supply chain risk management perspective. The article has constructed food quality safe early warning model by the using of the BP neural network method, and has carried out the simulation testing to the model. The result has confirmed that the model is ideal and the applicable.
