Abstract :
Project risk element transmission theory puts forward a new idea of research on project risk management. This paper combined with state transfer diagram, analysed enterprise multi-project management, made concrete exposition on the thought of project chain with different risk element kinds. A tetrahedral structure model of enterprise project chain risk element transmission and controlling mechanism was proposed. In the part of example analysis, we chose construction enterprise as enterprise application facet, resources supply as project chain kind facet, chain transmission as risk element transmission facet, state transfer method as risk element transmission and controlling facet, then analyzed the project chain in details. The available resources in enterprise project chain under multi-risk elements can be forecasted by state transfer matrix and matlab drawing.
