Abstract :
Expression ways and habits of customer demand are discussed. The concept of function and structure configuration elements are pointed out in order to build information dependence relationship between customer demand and product function & structure so as to achieve structured description of customer demand expression. Method based on general configuration elements are pointed out. Finally, the case proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. It is useful to provide ideas and theoretical basis for manufacturers who will carry out or have carried out online customization business.
