Abstract :
The development of economy globalization and customer requirements increasingly changing make the market competitive. The enterprises must compete to guarantee their survival and achieve their development. They must continuously improve their business processes and build their own core competence and distinctive competitive advantages. Lean production quality control and assurance method under multi-type and small batch production based on automation and Q charts has been studied. This paper proposes a model of the continuous improvement process of lean production based on multi-type and small-batch production.
