Abstract
Traditional comprehensive evaluation methods have the problem of inconsistence between multi-evaluation conclusions. To solve the above problem, some researchers provide a multi-evaluation conclusion aggregation method based on singular value decomposition. However, due to the approximate process on ordinal matrix, the SVD-based aggregation method will lose the ordinal information of original matrix and the loss will bring bad affection to the sort precision. To remedy the above deficiency, in this paper an ordinal operator is proposed to combine the ordinal information of original matrix with the result of SVD-based aggregation method. An applying instance shows the validity of the proposed method.
