Abstract :
Now our society faces a financial crisis. How to keep the economic growth and how to stand towering in this decline are focal points to all walks of life, so as construction. From the statistics of ENR Top 225 Contractors in 2007, we can know Chinese construction enterprises have a great progress in the international building market. However, we also can find there is a large weakness in such industrial projects which need a high technical content or/and need prodigious credit requirement. In order to keep this increment speed, the authors analyzed current industrial structure of Chinese construction through history data and established the model of production function of Chinese construction and give a method to optimize the resource allocation. If only optimizing the industrial structure of construction, Chinese building enterprises can get a sound and fast development.
