Abstract
Integration innovation is an important innovation mode in the choice of enterprise independent innovation. With the challenges of global competition, as well as the rapid development of information technology and e-commerce, integration innovation is becoming an important guarannteen in strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises and enhancing the competitive advantage. This paper, based on analyzing the theoretical meaning and features of enterprises integration innovation, discusses the interactive relationship between integration innovation and enterprises competitive advantage, namely integration innovation is an ever-increasing source for the competitive advantage and maintaining and promoting the enterprise competitive advantage is driving forces for integration innovation, and proposes countermeasures and proposals cultivating the path of competitive advantages from three aspects: construct organizational management system adaptive to integration innovation, achieve a network integration innovation among the enterprises and build organizational culture which can promotes integration innovation.
