Abstract :
Internet Protocol television (IPTV) is a new interactive services technology, which combines television network, telephone network and the Internet together. Using IPTV platform to carry out network marketing can provide customers with more convenient, real-time and quality services, can enhance strength and advantages in the future competition. In this paper, a network marketing platform is built based on IPTV, which is implemented successfully in the tobacco industry.
