  • Abstract
    The successful development of a new product depends on two important factors: the product´ comprehensive performance and the speed of launch. Product design is an important part of launching a new product. Making the best performance new products stand out from a number of projects and enter the market quickly depends on the design being accurately evaluated and design strategy being correctly selected. A comprehensive evaluation method for products design is provided and a model on choosing design strategy is researched in this paper.
