Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Based on Measure of Medium Truth Scale

Medium logic is non-classical logic system for both distinct knowledge and fuzzy knowledge. Based on medium logic and distance measure, fuzzy evaluation matrix is established with medium truth grade function, and the index of fuzzy evaluation is educed by considering positive information and negative information of the fuzzy evaluation factors. The evaluation objects are compared with each other by the evaluation index which is regarded as the basis of comprehensive evaluation. So a new kind of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed, whose application is discussed by an example in the end of the paper.
