  • Abstract
    The design of small suspended SU-8 optical waveguides is presented. A very small bending radius (∼5µm) can be achieved because of the high-index contrast. A crossing structure is designed and optimized with low loss (≪0.1dB) as the arms to support the suspended waveguides.
