Abstract :
The inner scale of atmospheric turbulence could results in irradiance scintillation on optical waves. A experiment system was built for simulating turbulence and measuring inner scale by optical method based on irradiance fluctuations. The inner scale were about 3cm and the uncertainty of measurement was less than 5%.
