Abstract :
Based on simple fiber-optic confocal approaches, we have developed some advanced biophotonics and nanobiophotonics imaging and sensing techniques which can be used as ultrahigh-resolution systems for imaging/sensing beyond the diffraction barrier in the subwavelength nanometric range at cellular, intracellular and bulk tissue level.
