Abstract
Indocyanine green (ICG) is a fluorescent probe widely used in clinical and animal experiment. It is important to study the ICG biodistribution in mammalian organs. We present an in-vivo measurement method based on fiber system and the experiment on small mammal, to demonstrate the potential applications of this method.
