  • Abstract
Business process modeling notation (BPMN) and business process execution language (BPEL) are two well-known process modeling languages with different syntax and semantics but convertible to each other. Recent work´s been done to convert these languages to each other are mainly focused on the notations which are more sophisticated to implement. One of the main notation in BPMN is the OR gate which can be implemented in BPEL using the Link instruction. Basically, for converting OR to link we need to control all the inputs and outputs to the OR gate in order to reduce the possibility of error occurrence. As so if any error occurs in each of the stages in the conventional method, OR is unable to solve it. In this paper the general method for converting OR in BPMN to link in BPEL has been studied once more and a proper method with more flexibility and less error occurrence possibility using JavaScript is proposed, By which the error management of the process would be more feasible.
