Abstract :
This paper introduces the structural model and the operating principle of B/S model together with the notion of system concept and the architecture of ERP. According to the requirements of the water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction project the function design of the ERP system is presented. Combined with the actual work of construction of hydropower construction enterprises to explore management and control. How to achieve the modernization of enterprise management and to achieve longterm competitive advantage is essential for the water conservancy and hydroelectric power construction enterprises.
