Abstract :
Based on the railway trucks with the technical requirements of cold-formed steel rolling carried on the difficult analysis. Described how to determine the shape-pass, how to choose the base and rolling deformation. In the establishment of mathematical models based on the application of computer-aided designed and calculated the hole size with cold-formed steel pass; carried on the pass optimization; and given the structure of roll pass.
