Abstract :
This paper introduced the rolling process and pass design program of the fitness device tube with unequal fillet with the weld in the corner, and expounded the principle of roll pass design; and applied computer-aided pass design to calculate each sortie pass size of the fitness device tube with unequal fillet, and to optimizate pass. The size and shape tolerances of produced fitness device tube, are all meeting national standards and user requirements.
