Abstract :
With the increasingly widespread use of the enterprise application systems for acquiring information resource, the development of methods for integrating these systems is becoming a critical issue, which enterprises should emphasize on. Technological process quickens the data exchange inside the enterprise, among the different enterprises and between the customers and the enterprise, which lays the way to enterprise application integration. The purpose of this paper is to supplement existing studies of enterprise application integration by focusing on integration categorizations and strategies. The paper puts forward three categorizations of integration program, that is, the horizontal integration and vertical integration, enterprise three-dimensional management integration. At the end of the article, it brings forward that enterprise application integration (EAI) strategy has five distinct components: integration principle, enterprise innovation management, utilizing advanced technology, implementation strategy, understanding business processes.
