Abstract
System of coal mine emergency plans (EP) is effective means to prevent coal mine accidents and disasters accidents, and also is one important segment to establish perfect coal mine safety production system. According to emergency management situation of coal enterprises, the meta framework model of emergency plans are established for emergency plans organization and navigation. On this basis, the system architecture of combination B/S and C/S of intelligent emergency plans generating and management is proposed, which comprehensively applies COM+ component technology and ActiveX/ embedded software technology. Eight functions of the system, three generated results and their formating methods are expounded at last.
