  • Abstract
In this paper, we introduced a design and implementation of a SIP signal control framework as a medium between the service logic and SIP stack. It is used to establish different kinds of RTP connections controlled by SIP application server according to the service logic. Through this framework, a new operation can be easily reused and a signal control flow can be easily modified or added by modifying the configuration file of this framework. Besides, JSLEE is chosen as a container of our logic entities in our implementation for its concurrent controlling, asynchronous communications mechanism and light-weight transaction management. We´ve implemented the basic and some extended functions in signal control of B2BUA using this framework. And it has been applied in multimedia conference.
