Design and Study of Enterprise Partner Selection and Evaluation DSS

There are many factors to be considered in the process of enterprise partner selection, sometimes it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model of it, so when making choices, we should take full account of all sections of the expert knowledge to extract the useful rules and experience. In order to establish a comprehensive evaluating and selecting model which is similar to human thinking mode and combines qualitative and quantities methods, the case-based reasoning and decision support system should be applied to the comprehensive evaluation and selection of the partner under the circumstance of supply chain management. This kind of model can ensure the impersonality of evaluation outcome of the partner and provide some support for the decision maker to judge the partnership.
