  • Abstract
    Along with the rapid development of community housing construction, the housing healthy problem that has cropped up from the contemporary housing pattern has attracted extensive concern of both residents and researchers. Through data collection and analysis of real state investigation on various types of selected communities in Beijing and other cities, studies on application of data mining method was carried out to discover the potential rules that impact the healthy housing factors. In addition, the evaluation on healthy communities by housing healthy evaluation index was initially studied. The emphasis was placed on the realizing process of housing healthy expert evaluation and rules discovery decision making system from multi-aspects of general functions, data organization and data mining method etc. of the system framework.
