Abstract
The era of knowledge-based economy is dawning, knowledge has become the core competitiveness of enterprise gradually. In the implementation of knowledge management, how to evaluate knowledge is one of the most important problems which cannot be avoided, however there is little study about it. In this paper, the knowledge evaluation is first analyzed based on the knowledge management strategies, and a set of index system which is used to measure knowledge is designed, then a knowledge measurement model is established with the tool of grey multi-layer evaluation method, which has a certain operability and the compatibility through a case study. Through this model knowledge measurement can be quantified which is can be used in enterprise performance for individuals or projects.
