  • Abstract
    Container terminal is important in global trade than ever because of rapid growth of marine transportation and containerization. Vessel service time is one of the most important factors in shipping industry. To estimate the vessel service time need consider internal factors of container terminal. Qin pretreated a kind of influenced diagram before the factors pretreated by random decision tree. However influence diagram is a kind of probabilistic model generalized from Bayesian network. We proposed fuzzy influence diagram to estimate the vessel service time instead of Qin´s work.
