  • Abstract
Presented application is based on the use of carbon nanotubes for biomolecular analysis using electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection technique ([1]-[9]). ECL is the generation of light by electron transfer between species electrochemically generated. ECL research has led to the successful ultrasensitive analysis of biomolecules in solution and commercialisation of several generations of ECL analyzers, which have jointed the quest for the possible early diagnosis of diseases in clinical applications. ECL has been studied extensively since the middle 1960s, and its research progress has attracted much attention; many recent reviews cover both fundamental and applicative sectors. In general, this application can be used in sensors for electrochemical analysis and biomedical systems for molecules, proteins and DNA detection.
