  • Abstract
    Phase-locked technique is widely used in the field of automation. A new design method of a phase-locked loop (PLL) is presented here. It´s based on RBF network. It takes RBF network into that close-loop control of phase locked loop. Then set electric network voltage as the expected output and current as training sample. With self-learning it gradually reduce the error of output between the sample and the expected target, and achieve the synchronization of the expected output. This paper introduces the principle and the realization of phase-locked loop, its performance is also be analyzed and simulated with MATLAB Simulink power system. This simulation result suggests a good performance of tracking and adaptive capacity.
