Abstract :
Ontology is increasingly being used to build applications that utilize domain-specific knowledge. How to measure and validate the concepts in the domain ontology library and improve ontology-based query efficiently has received many attentions in recent research the measurement between ontology concepts similarity is the basis of semantic query, in this paper, we use the model based on psychological studies about similarity and artificial intelligence studies about similarity. In this model, we use feature set to describe concept, any concept consist of lots of features, and the concept similarity of two concepts is determined by the size of common feature set, and the features set is described in fuzzy set to fit for the actual application, and then the validation of the measurement is expressed, in this model, the expression ability of ontology concept similarity measurement model is the focus point.
