On human resource management of network organization

At the turn of the 21st century, with the fast development of science, technology, and social economy represented by information technology, great changes have taken place in the business environment. As a new organizational model, network organization exhibits its tremendous vitality. Focusing on the strategic resource of network organization-human resource, by combining human resource advantage theory, this paper systematically proposes a theoretical framework for the construction of human resource advantage in network organization.
