Abstract :
The design and development of an intelligent switching value measurement and control node based on LONWORKS Technology is introduced in this paper. The design scheme is proposed, and I/O hardware circuit and software design methods are described. MC143150 is used as the core of the hardware circuit. The input channel is composed of two TLP521-4 and one 74LS166. The output channel is composed of one 74LS164, one 74LS373, two TLP521-4, and two MC1413. The program is compiled with NEURON C. Bitshift I/O is used to transfer 8-digit data words into or out of the Neuron chip. And communication with other nodes is realized by defining network variables. This node is simple in design. Normal chips are advanced technology are combined to realize the treatment of switching values.
